(AC_PREREQ): Bump from 2.50 to 2.51; needed for vfork.
(AC_FUNC_VFORK): Remove.
(AC_FUNC_FORK): Add.
(HAVE_DES_H, HAVE_KRB5_H): Properly quote args of AC_CHECK_HEADERS;
this is required by recent Autoconf versions.
